Dear Colleagues and friends,
On behalf of the South East Asia
Radiation Oncology Group (SEAROG), it is my great pleasure to welcome you to
the SEAROG-ESTRO Course on Image Guided and Adaptive Radiotherapy in Clinical
Practice. This course is part of SEAROG’s ongoing commitment to advancing the
quality of radiotherapy in our region through education.
The ESTRO-SEAROG Courses, which
began in 2008, have been instrumental in enhancing our understanding and
practice of radiation oncology in our region. Through the support of national organizations
within SEAROG, the initiative is now in its 17th year. For many of
us practising radiation oncologists and trainees, year after year this
initiative has played an important role in enabling access to some of the best
quality training courses at a fraction of the costs. Thank you ESTRO!
We are privileged to have some of
the world's leading experts with us, sharing their invaluable knowledge and
experience. This gathering not only enriches our professional capabilities but
also strengthens the bonds within our international community.
As we embark on these insightful
sessions, let us express our sincere appreciation to the Thai Association of
Radiology and Radiotherapeutic Oncology (THASTRO) for hosting the course. Also,
all the best wishes to Prof. Ekkasit Tharavichitkul, the next SEAROG President.
We believe that under your leadership, SEAROG will be able to contribute even
more towards improving our beloved field of radiation oncology.
To everyone, thank you for joining us and contributing to this crucial exchange of knowledge. See you in Bangkok!
Sincerely,
Gregorius Ben Prajogi
